Order Processing & Shipping Details

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time we receive them. You will receive an automatic notification from us once your order has shipped with a tracking number. 

We are based in NJ and are obligated to collect 7% sales tax for any order(s) shipped to an NJ address.

$1.95 flat-rate shipping & free shipping on orders of $50+ (U.S. only, excludes international orders, bulk orders, & multi-address orders)

International buyers will be responsible for all importing fees implemented by their country. Shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process.

  • For first-time buyers, we're confident that our products are of the highest quality and will work as advertised. But hey, everyone's body is different. If you are dissatisfied within the first 14 days, return it for a full product refund.
  • For everyone else, within the first 30 days after receiving your order, we'll accept returns on unopened damaged/defective product purchased through zaffreproducts.com. Once received, we'll process a full product refund.
You'll have to pay for shipping back to us and original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    For purchases made through other retailers, you must contact them directly.

    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
